Renting guide

By the day, the month, or the year

Which length suits you, and what changes at each one.

Daily and weekly

For holidays, or for the first week while you look at longer options. Fully furnished, linens and cleaning included, nothing to set up. This is the most expensive way per night, and the most flexible.

Monthly

The most common arrangement for people trying the city out. You get a proper flat with a kitchen at a fraction of hotel money, and you keep the freedom to move if the area is not what you hoped.

Six months

Rates drop noticeably against monthly, and you get first pick of the better units, since owners prefer a stable tenant. This suits anyone on a DTV, since it lines up with a 180 day entry.

Twelve months

Our best rate, and the terms that suit settling in. Owners are far more willing to refresh furniture and stay on top of maintenance for a tenant taking a full year. If you are on a retirement or marriage visa you will want this anyway, because annual renewals and 90 day reporting go far more smoothly with a documented, stable address.

Not every unit does every length

This is worth knowing before you fall for a photograph. Some units are available daily, others only monthly, others only on a yearly lease, and it depends on the owner and the building rather than on us. Tell us how long you want to stay and we will only show you units that can actually take it.
