The most useful budget in Pattaya. It buys a good studio in a modern building with a pool and gym, or a one bedroom a little further back from the beach. At the top of this range you are into 2010s buildings with proper facilities and a partial sea view.
We cover Jomtien, Pratumnak Hill, Central Pattaya, Wongamat and Naklua, Na Jomtien and Bang Saray, East Pattaya and Huay Yai. At this budget the areas worth looking at first are Jomtien and East Pattaya, where the same money buys noticeably more room.
